Return Policy
FSIP offers a 1-year warranty on all products.
- Problem with Item- Call for RA Number 1-800-333-1194 or 717-254-FSIP (3747)
- Part not needed - Call for RA Numbers and 25% restocking fee will be charged.
- Part is defective- Call for RA Number, and Warranty RA will be issued for parts purchased from FSIP and ship date is one year or less.
- Part is defective, or no longer in Warranty - no RA Number is necessary, just call Customer Service for Repair information.
